My yard on one side is so gravelly actually felt bad at how tough it was to get the old fence out and set those new posts. I knew it would be. But not only did they come right on time and finish in one day, the quality is excellent. The installers were courteous, asked to confirm things if they had a question, etc. I can’t speak to price because that wasn’t a priority with me (it was a little less expensive than I thought, if that helps any), but if you’re looking for quality first, definitely check these folks out. They were one of the few that would even come out for a quote. I called about 10 places. They beat a competitors quote by 1,000. They were 8 weeks out but were upfront about the wait. They completed the job in 2 days. It looks really nice. I had a broken cap & they came out & fixed the next day. Just noticed a screw was broke & they are sending someone tomorrow. Long overdue but, I have referred so many people to Imperial Fence , it seemed necessary. I was renting a home in the city and trying to move to my new home in House Springs, MO. The only thing keeping me from completely moving in was containment for my two Lab mixes. Imperial Fence had the best price and was the most accommodating. Sadly the week my fence was being installed, it rained most every day. The majority of the work was done; we just needed a nice day for completion. The following Sunday I came out to check on things and was amazed to find a crew at my new home finishing up the fence. I was assured it would be finished that day and it was. Ezra helped me install a new chain link fence around my back yard. My original fencing was pieced together from my neighbors’ fences – and most of it was falling apart. I’m planning on buying a new house in a different neighborhood soon, and I’ll go back to Imperial (hopefully this time for something a little fancier – I’m thinking their vinyl fencing, I’m a dork and I want a pretty white picket fence). Excellent customer service, prices on par with the other estimates I received. That estimate was provided quickly and on my schedule. Thankfully they were actually a smidge lower than others because they caught me off guard with a 3% credit card fee. That fee is my only complaint. Otherwise, they had great communication, they cleaned up after themselves and I had a brand new shiny chain link fence within just a few weeks.
